Aurelia Nuoto promotes swimming lessons in biweekly lessons with educational activities for children aged 3 to 16 at the municipal swimming pool in Rome in via Pasquale Baffi, 86.
The lessons take place in the afternoon from Monday to Friday, while on Saturday they take place both in the morning and in the afternoon, the lessons last 50 minutes in the water. They are biweekly courses, for the higher levels there is the possibility of carrying out the one-week course. Anyone who has obtained swimming licenses at other swimming facilities will have to carry out a test in the water of a few minutes under the supervision of the head of the swimming school to be included in our courses.
Aurelia Nuoto is a federal swimming school, a training center for professional sport recognized by CONI and is accredited for the selection of students to be included in pre-competitive groups and directed towards competitive activities in the swimming, synchronized swimming and rescue swimming sectors. .
Our swimming school in Rome is made up of highly qualified instructors from the Italian swimming federation, they are professionals with several years of experience behind them who know the basic criteria for learning swimming techniques: an optimal setting whose characteristics are relaxation, breathing and the perception of one's body. The teaching takes into consideration the sensitive phases of growth and the consequent bodily modifications: <it is necessary to build stable techniques but variable in the details> since the ductility and transferability of the movements is fundamental to adapt swimming to physical changes at a young age.
the coordinator of the swimming school, Ilaria Pinotti, carries out monitoring activities on the progress of individual students throughout the sporting season, carrying out quarterly assessments (December and March) before the final patent test. This periodic supervision allows a constructive comparison between the coordinator and the instructor who together evaluate the possible alternatives of didactic progression to best achieve the final objectives.
At the heart of learning success is self-esteem that increases with encouragement. Therefore the instructor with patience is always looking for new channels of communication by working on motivation and using the game as an incentive. For this reason, the swimming school pays particular attention to fun by organizing playful events during the Christmas period and social competitions at the end of the year for all children enrolled in swimming courses in the pool.
