This activity is dedicated to all expectant mothers who want to carry out physical activity without contraindications or dangers of traumatic impacts. The lessons include specific exercises to facilitate the general well-being of the body and the child by facilitating relaxation, circulation, swelling due to water retention, back pain and relieving the sense of weight.
The activity can be carried out on Tuesdays and Fridays at 12.30 or in the entrance lesson on Saturdays at 11.30.
The swimming course for pregnant women is held by our instructor Renata Papi.
The activity takes place in the water and lasts 50 minutes.
Payment is made monthly and the membership fee is not required.
It is mandatory to deliver a non-competitive sports medical certificate to the secretariat.
In case of availability of places it is possible to enter by paying the single admission of € 8.00 even during the biweekly course on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Aurelia Nuoto reserves the right to block Saturday admissions if the maximum number of participants is reached.
