SENIOR SWIMMING

Lessons last fifty minutes twice a week in the morning: they consist, depending on the swimming skills of the subjects and their aptitudes, of various elements based mainly on "soft" gymnastic exercises and on swimming exercises. . From the age of 65.

On the basis of the level, swimming skills and aptitudes of the individuals, the shifts are divided into:

• AQUATIC GYM WITH MUSICAL BACKGROUND, A SERIES OF GENERAL MOBILITY AND SIMPLE COORDINATION EXERCISES.

it is aimed above all at those who cannot swim as it can be practiced with the aid of special floating bands.

• BEGINNERS SWIMMING:

For those wishing to acquire the most basic techniques of autonomy in the water, and the fundamentals of swimming.

• ADVANCED SWIMMING:

For all those who, knowing how to swim, want to practice swimming under the supervision of expert instructors who draw up specific programs.

All lessons are held by instructors with a FIN license and by Iusm graduates or graduates in Motor Sciences with particular specific experience.
