SOCIAL REGULATION

Aurelia Nuoto is a sports association that has the purpose of sports promotion, through the practice of sport in the various  disciplines in which it is expressed.
 
All sports enthusiasts can join the Association, who, sharing and accepting the educational ideals as well as the rules indicated in the Articles of Association, apply for admission to the Secretariat of the Association, pay the membership fee and are in compliance with the health certifications of law (Certificate of fitness to practice sport). Admission is temporary, pending ratification by the Board of Directors. In case of non-ratification the fee will be refunded  in full.
The membership fee is annual from September to August.
The member, duly admitted, will be able to freely attend the social premises, participate in social life and in the initiatives and activities proposed to the members (sports education courses, assisted use of the swimming pool and gym and social facilities, competition and anything else organized by the association) upon payment of the related supplementary attendance fees. The minor member is represented towards the Association by the parents or whoever takes their place. Access to the social premises and social activities is authorized for any guests of the members upon presentation and approval by the secretariat.
 
Members who are not up to date with the payment of the membership fee cannot participate in social activities.
 
The shares are personal and cannot be transferred to others.
 
To access the system, it is mandatory to present the social card at the Secretariat.
 
The cleanliness and order of the social environments are entrusted to the good education and sense of respect of the members and their companions. Failures to the premises and equipment will be charged to whoever causes them. All members are also required to comply with internal regulations (common areas, gym and swimming pool).
 
Members whose conduct is in evident contrast with the moral and disciplinary principles professed by the Association may be suspended from social activities.
 
For the modalities of participation in the various proposed activities  and for information on the use of the premises and social facilities, please refer to the rules indicated in the relative regulations.
 

FEDERAL SWIMMING SCHOOL REGULATIONS

(activity reserved for members)
 
Members can take advantage of sports education courses upon payment of the relative supplementary attendance fees. The supplementary attendance fee is annual and is paid in a lump sum at the beginning of the course. The fee can be divided into three quarters with the following payment deadlines: 1st quarter at the beginning of the course, second quarter no later than 18 December, third quarter by  and no later than 23 March. The Member is required to report any suspension of activity to the Association Secretariat before the quarterly deadline. In case of lack of communication, the Member is in any case required to pay the fee for the following quarter.
 
At the aforementioned deadlines, the places left free will be assigned to any members who have requested them.
 
To access the facility, the attendance card must be presented to the Secretariat.
 
Classes are taught by federal instructors, ISEF teachers, and sports science graduates.
 
The assignment of courses and schedules are entrusted to the pool manager after the technical evaluation test.
 
Technical evaluation tests are scheduled every three months by the pool manager in order to verify the good progress of the course and, where necessary, to be able to operate all the necessary movements to make the course as homogeneous as possible. At the end of the course, a patent will be issued which certifies the technical ability achieved after an examination carried out by the pool manager
 
The fees are non-refundable.
 
The Management reserves the right to expel Members whose conduct is in evident contrast with the moral and disciplinary principles professed by the Association.
 
Interruptions of the activities are foreseen in the month of August, during the holidays  and during sporting events.
 
The use of a swimming cap is mandatory. It is mandatory to use the shower before entering the tub.
 
The use of a one-piece (Olympic) swimsuit for women and briefs for men is mandatory.
For anything not provided for in these Regulations, the rules apply  of the Regulations and the Articles of Association.
 

FREE ACTIVITY REGULATION

(activity reserved for members)
 
Members can take advantage of the assisted use of the swimming pool and gym upon payment of the relative supplementary attendance fees. The supplementary attendance fee is annual and must be paid in a single installment. It can be divided into monthly installments with a maximum of 10 monthly training sessions to allow for fair use among all members.
 
To access the facility, the attendance card must be presented to the Secretariat.
 
The membership fees are non-refundable.
 
The gym is accessed in gymnastics gear, with suitable footwear and with a towel for the hygiene of the tools.
 
The passage through the tub is carried out either with slippers or with the appropriate overshoes.
 
The use of a swimming cap is mandatory.
 
The use of a one-piece (Olympic) swimsuit for women and briefs for men is mandatory.
 
It is mandatory to use the shower before entering the tub.
 
The Management reserves the right to suspend the entrances in case of overcrowding.
 
Upon registration, members must present a Certificate of fitness for non-competitive practice.
 
The Management reserves the right to expel Members whose conduct is in evident contrast with the moral and disciplinary principles professed by the Association.
 
Interruptions of the activities are foreseen in the month of August, during the holidays  and during sporting events.
 
For anything not provided for in these Regulations, the provisions of the Articles of Association apply.
 

COMMON ENVIRONMENTS REGULATION

(reserved for members)
 
The member, duly admitted, can freely attend the social premises, changing rooms and waiting room.
 
The cleanliness and order of the social environments are entrusted to the good education and sense of respect of the members and their companions.
 
Each child can be accompanied inside the changing rooms by only one companion.
Access is absolutely forbidden  in the tub to parents and carers.
Girls will use the women's locker room while the boys use the men's locker room. If a child is accompanied by a male parent, she uses the male changing room.
 
The use of overshoes is mandatory in the changing rooms.
 
The use of a bathing suit in the shower is mandatory.
 
Eating is prohibited in the changing rooms.
 
In the changing rooms it is forbidden to use talcum powder.
 
The use of mobile phones, smartphones, tablets is prohibited in the changing rooms.
 
It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the facility.
 
It is absolutely forbidden to practice personal hygiene (e.g. shaving, shaving, etc.)
